By completing the registration for a private license with the Online Trading Club, you declare your full agreement with the following. I approach terms and conditions very simply. Therefore, they are structured with good order and mutual respect. This is how I see one can achieve the most. Consumer Rights

It is solely you, who have completed the registration, that has access to the course, and it is only you who may use it. You therefore commit to not in any way share video material, templates, tools, written materials, investment opportunities, or anything else you have received through your access to the course.

Definitions

The following definitions apply to these terms and conditions:

• “The Customer” refers to the person who registers for the Service with the Online Trading Club.

• “The Service” refers to the course offered by the Online Trading Club.

• “The Parties” refers to both the Online Trading Club and the Customer.

• “The Terms” refers to these terms and conditions.

Applicability

These Terms apply to all deliveries of the Service provided by the Online Trading Club.

By registering for the Service, the Customer agrees to these terms.

The Online Trading Club is entitled to change the Terms with a minimum of two weeks' written notice. After this period, the amended Terms will apply to all Services delivered after the deadline.

Delivery

The Online Trading Club will fulfill delivery of the agreed Service at the time indicated when registering for the Service.

If the Online Trading Club cannot fulfill delivery at the agreed time, it will inform the Customer of the cause of the delay and when the delivery can be expected.

The Service is delivered through access to the platform, Skool & Telegram, from where the Customer can access the Service. The Online Trading Club guarantees only that the Service will be available via Skool & Telegram for 12 months from the delivery of the Service. After this, it is the Customer's responsibility and at their own risk if they wish to save the material for later use while ensuring continued compliance with the provisions in section 6, making sure the Service is electronically stored by the Customer.

Use of the Service

The Service is personal, and it is only the Customer who has access to the Service who is allowed to complete the course. The Customer also commits to not distributing material or similar to individuals who are not registered for the Service. If this provision is violated, the Online Trading Club has the right to demand a penalty fee of 2.000 USD per unauthorized access. The Online Trading Club also has the right to immediately expel the Customer.

The Customer may not transfer the content of the Service, templates, and documents in any way, either on the Internet, in other electronic forms, or printed copies, except for their internal process or with prior written permission from the Online Trading Club.

The Customer only obtains the right to use the Service in the following ways:

• Electronic storage of the original content of the Service for personal use.

• Printing the original content of the Service for personal use.

• Using/changing the templates of the Service for personal use.

In case of a breach of the provisions in this section (Use of the Service), the Online Trading Club has the right to demand a penalty fee of 2.000 USD per breach. Furthermore, the Online Trading Club has the right to demand compensation according to ordinary legal principles. Payment of the penalty does not terminate the breach.

Complaints

If the Customer discovers an error in the Service, the Customer must make a written complaint without undue delay. If the Customer does not complain without undue delay after discovering such a discrepancy, the Customer loses the right to invoke breach of contract and/or compensation.

The right to complain expires 90 days after receiving the Service.

Compensation and Liability

All cases and examples are for inspiration and have been found online; they cannot be assumed to be realistically achievable. No guarantee is provided in connection with these.

The Service does not constitute financial or economic advice and cannot form the basis for an increased number of purchases or sales (or the failure thereof).

The Online Trading Club does not guarantee progress, growth, returns, increased yields, or similar results from using the Service, nor is it responsible for indirect losses and consequential damages such as lost profits and missed savings.

The Online Trading Club is not responsible for whether the Service complies with legislation or standards, nor whether it can be used for specific purposes.

Breach of Contract

If the Customer discovers a defect in the delivered services, the Online Trading Club has the full right to remedy the issue.

Force Majeure

The Online Trading Club cannot be held liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control. The occurrence of such events exempts the Online Trading Club from liability for damages, penalties, or other contractual sanctions. Such events include but are not limited to, strikes, lockouts, boycotts, sabotage, labor conflicts, operational disruptions, explosions, fires, natural disasters, public restrictions by national or foreign authorities, confiscations, trade bans, currency restrictions, transport failures, veterinary diseases, vandalism, terrorism, environmental measures, pandemics, wars, and defective or delayed deliveries from subcontractors.

Intellectual Property Rights

The ownership and intellectual property rights to the Service, including the rights to all ongoing Services, ideas, designs, techniques, etc., belong unconditionally to the Online Trading Club.
